We cannot say enough good things about Carmen! Carmen did an amazing job getting us the perfect house and we strongly recommend her! From our first conversations with Carmen, she had answers to all of our questions and clearly knew the market incredibly well. She immediately dove in and sent us listings to begin reviewing. We are not local but Carmen was extremely accommodating and did multiple FaceTime tours or video walk-throughs for ones where we weren’t available to talk live. When it was time to tour, Carmen was extremely helpful and got us into all the houses we wanted to see and was super knowledgeable about various factors we were considering. (She also was so kind to our small children and played with them while we were touring!) Once we found the perfect house, Carmen jumped right into action and helped us prepare a winning offer. She was so communicative and answered all of our numerous questions through the closing process and made it a breeze. We are so grateful to have found such an incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and skilled realtor who is also very kind and warm! We can’t recommend her enough.
